I have delivered projects from business positioning and product organization through website and content launch, run a physical business, and participated in the full development-to-launch process for consumer products. I am now building my own cross-border DTC brand from the ground up.

I consider three things: whether the market and users need it and it serves a business goal; whether users can understand, trust and act on it; and whether the team has the resources to deliver, validate and keep improving it.

I started with filming and editing, ran a murder-mystery game venue, and worked in self-publishing and design. Those experiences help me work backwards from a business goal: why a task matters, how far to take it, and what is not worth doing.
