Collaborate

What can we work on together?

Four ways to collaborate: long-term international marketing, defined projects, supply-chain ventures, and conversations or training.

If you’re working on international expansion, a brand, a website or a product, this may be a useful place to start.

01 Long-term collaboration

International marketing management

For manufacturers, trading businesses and cross-border DTC brands entering or expanding in international markets.

You may be at one of these stages:

  • Preparing to enter international markets and deciding which countries, customers and products to focus on.
  • Already running a website, social media, content or advertising, but with disconnected activities.
  • Having some execution and market validation in place, and needing a shared strategy, delivery schedule and project lead.

Starting with market and user research, I connect target customers and positioning, products and value propositions, websites and content, channel operations, and performance review.

The work covers:

  • International market and user research, plus brand, product and marketing positioning.
  • B2B or DTC websites, social content and customer acquisition paths.
  • An execution roadmap, cross-team project management and monthly reviews.

Engagements start at six months.

How we start

  1. Discuss the fit
  2. Paid diagnosis
  3. Plan & roadmap
  4. Execute & review

The first conversation is to understand the business, its goals and problems, and decide whether we are a good fit. In-depth diagnosis and a complete marketing plan are paid services. Once the plan is ready, we decide whether to continue into long-term execution.

02 Project delivery

Websites & ongoing improvement

For businesses and brands that need to build or reorganize the paths through which people find and contact them online.

The work can include:

  • B2B websites, DTC stores, redesigns and ongoing maintenance.
  • Clearer product and company information, and paths to inquire, buy or get in touch.
  • A foundation for content, advertising and sales activity, and for search engines and AI to read the site.

Website builds are project-based; ongoing maintenance starts at six months.

Brand visuals & content assets

For businesses with a defined product and marketing goal that need consistent brand expression and content.

The work can include:

  • Logos, visual identity, marketing materials, e-commerce product images and A+ pages.
  • White-background product photography, contextual imagery, and assets for stores and websites.
  • Product videos, presenter-led social videos, and company or brand films.

Assets are made around brand positioning, channel use and the customer’s decision process, so they can be used together and reused over time.

Available as individual projects or as part of a long-term marketing engagement.

03 Supply-chain ventures

Build new brands and businesses around supply-chain strengths

I focus on supply-chain-based ventures in which I participate directly in operations, rather than funding-only projects. The best fit is a team with product, technology, manufacturing or supply-chain capabilities that needs help with market positioning, commercialization, brand building, channels and ongoing operations.

The supply-chain team primarily handles product development, production and delivery, quality and cost control. I participate in market research, product definition, the business model, brand, websites and content, international market entry, channel development and project coordination. Together, we assess whether the supply-chain strengths can support a new brand or business worth operating for the long term.

04 Conversations & sharing

Coffee Chat

If you have an idea that isn’t fully formed, are considering a new project, or simply want another perspective, we can arrange a conversation.

Coffee Chat is for informal exchange, experience and ideas. Work requiring systematic research, a full diagnosis or a specific plan belongs in a consulting or project engagement.

AI talks & training

I welcome invitations from businesses, teams, communities and event organizers for AI talks or training.

Topics can include:

  • Getting started with AI, and applying it to marketing and content production.
  • Producing websites, long-form pages and marketing materials with AI.
  • AI workflows, team collaboration and practical applications in business.

Formats include talks, internal training and hands-on workshops, with content tailored to the participants and business needs.
