You will execute operations for the brands, products and channels assigned to you, with Amazon as the current priority. Depending on your strengths and project needs, you will focus on building business from zero to one, launching new products, advertising, page conversion or business optimization, and work toward the goals for each stage.
We expect a foundation in independent operations and an outstanding capability in at least one key area that you can demonstrate through real examples. We particularly welcome people with complete hands-on experience taking a new store, a new brand’s online business or a new channel from preparation and launch to initial business viability, independently organizing tasks, coordinating resources and following through on execution.
Assignments will reflect platform experience and professional strengths. You are not expected to master every platform, and experience is not restricted to a single product category.
2. Responsibilities
- Store and product operations
Manage day-to-day operations for assigned stores or product lines, including product listing, Listing optimization, keyword planning, variant maintenance, pricing and promotion execution. Keep product information accurate and pages aligned with the sales plan. - Building from zero to one and launching new products
Following the agreed brand positioning and product plan, prepare and launch new stores, a new brand’s online business or new channels. This includes platform onboarding and basic configuration, product and page preparation, shipping and fulfillment coordination, promotion tests and data tracking. Identify milestones, resource needs and stage goals, move the business into actual sales and continue optimizing. - Advertising and performance optimization
Develop and execute on-platform advertising plans. Analyze search terms, keywords, bids and campaign structure. Continuously improve clicks, conversions, ACOS, TACOS and return on investment, and adjust the promotion pace based on data. - Page and conversion improvement
Use customer feedback and sales data to identify problems with page information, selling-point communication and visual materials. Specify image, video and A+ content needs, coordinate production and publication, and evaluate the results. - Sales and profit analysis
Track sales, conversion rates, product profitability and expense changes. Align business measurement definitions with finance, recommend improvements to pricing, advertising, promotions and product mix, and balance growth, profit and inventory turnover. - Inventory and first-mile logistics coordination
Recommend replenishment based on sales, inventory and purchasing lead times. Coordinate shipment plans and warehouse-receiving requirements with supply-chain, first-mile logistics and documentation colleagues. Track transport, customs clearance and FBA receiving, and help resolve delays, quantity discrepancies and other exceptions. - Account and operational exception management
Monitor account health, platform notifications, listing status and after-sales feedback. Promptly handle or coordinate resolution of operational issues, maintain normal store operations and turn problems into improvements. - Data review and AI use
Regularly review operating plans, promotion tests and business results. Use AI to assist with market research, content processing and data analysis, verify outputs and build reusable methods. Participate in evaluating and operating other channels as business needs require.
3. Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or higher, at least 3 years of cross-border e-commerce operations experience and experience independently operating on Amazon. You can begin working after the necessary handover.

- Proficiency with Excel and common operational analysis tools, and the ability to proactively identify resource needs, follow up on execution and resolve problems.
- Willingness to learn and actually use AI tools to improve efficiency, verifying outputs against platform requirements and business facts. We provide tools and training; experience applying AI in the role is preferred.
4. Preferred experience and qualifications
- Complete experience leading a new store, a new brand’s online business or a new channel from zero to one, following through from task planning and foundational setup to launch testing and the first orders, and documenting reusable processes;
